We've learned that the biggest ideas come from the biggest constraints that we encounter. For Alex, the problem was his accent, but also, he wanted to rebrand.
Living in Romania, his English isn't as strong as a person living in an English speaking country, and he was kind of embarrassed by it.
The second constraint was the fact that he was a music producer for more than 6 years and he didn't want to leave this behind.
He is passionate about music, but also about cinematography, and he wanted to make short entertainment films.

After identifying the constraint, the next step was to create the advantage.
Easy fix: do the opposite.
Don't feel like talking to the camera? Don't do it.
Do you like to make music that other can listen?
Don't do it.
The thing here is that these 2 become his brand. He is the protagonist that never speaks, and his sound design and music are so well embeded in the films that you may never realise this is the main focus.

Branding is a game that you don't stop playing. We need to create continuosly for our creators and businesses to provide the best quality and ROI.
After the social media experiment that we had with alexwav, we want to take it to the next level: short movies.
Keep the same style, upgraded, more entertaining for YouTube's long form alogrithm.
